Our story
Why we built Illumina.
Illumina started in 2025 from a frustration shared by a small team of developers and content creators: the tools existed to generate incredible AI content, but no single platform brought generation, management, and publishing together.
Our first internal prototype handled one thing — image generation with prompt refinement. Within weeks it expanded to video and music, then scheduling and social publishing. Today Illumina powers thousands of generated assets across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
